We don’t sell a pre-built package for a process we haven’t seen. The audit is free; the estimate is written; the cap is your protection.

No charge for the proposal
The cap is the fixed number. The hours are the estimate.

We bill hourly against the cap, with a weekly update. If we hit the ceiling, we stop and re-scope.
4-hour minimum · weekly billing
You can stop at any weekly block; the cap is not a commitment to spend it.
The rate
The same hourly rate applies to the audit follow-up, implementation, and support. Complexity changes the hours, not the rate.

External services are not included: WhatsApp/Meta message and conversation charges, BSP platform fees, AI model API usage, CRM/ERP/helpdesk subscriptions, hosting, SMS/voice/payment/verification, and travel. Where possible, you own the accounts and pay the vendor directly.

Channels
WhatsApp is chargeable per Meta API pricing. Discord, Signal, and Telegram do not charge per message, but hosting or bridge costs may apply. Signal support uses a bridge and a dedicated number; reliability depends on the bridge.

Yes. 30 minutes, one workflow, no charge. You leave with a quick feasibility read and a rough hour range. We don’t send a written roadmap or a prototype from that call.
Fixed pricing is more common in consulting and often converts better — but without a full audit, a fixed price is a guess. We use one hourly rate plus a not-to-exceed cap: you get transparency and a ceiling, without paying for a scope we invented.
We stop. We review what is done, what remains, and why the estimate was off. Any additional work needs a written change order with a new cap. There is no automatic overrun.
4 hours per statement of work. The free audit is 30 minutes and does not count toward the minimum.
No. If the free audit suggests a fit, the written estimate and cap are free. We only start billing when you approve the statement of work.
Hourly, with a monthly cap agreed in advance. We don’t sell annual retainers or unused seats. If you need less, you use less.

Because we don’t want to quote a fixed price before we’ve seen your data. The cap gives you the budget certainty of a fixed fee, while the hourly rate keeps the scope honest. If the audit shows a clear, stable scope, we can still agree a fixed cap — the cap is the fixed number.
